JuicyHub User Agreement

1. Important Notes

This JuicyHub User Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs your use of our services (“Services”), including the JuicyHub App and related platforms. The parties to this Agreement are you and JuicyHub Team, a company with its registered address at 173 Tech Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“we” or “JuicyHub”).

When using the Services, you will be subject to JuicyHub’s Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Services or provided to you in connection with specific features. Paid services will be governed by separate terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

By using our Services or clicking “Start” during registration, you agree to all terms of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The Services are intended for users who meet the “Minimum Age” requirement. To use the Services, you confirm that:

1. you are at least the Minimum Age; and
2. you are not restricted by JuicyHub from using the Services. Creating an account with false information, including on behalf of minors, violates these terms.

“Minimum Age” is 18 years old, unless local law requires a higher age for us to lawfully provide Services without parental consent (including data processing), in which case that higher age applies. Besides, Juicy Hub is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your country). If you are younger, you are prohibited from registering or using any feature. Guardians who discover minors using the App must alert us at safety@juicyhub.app; we will delete the account and any associated data within 48 hours.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your JuicyHub account and password. All activities under your account are deemed your actions, for which you take full responsibility.

We do not provide Services to individuals or entities in regions subject to international sanctions. Users from such regions may be restricted from using the Services.

2. About the Services

Our goal is to create a vibrant, safe space for young people worldwide to connect through video chats and shared interests. The Services include:

i. User-Generated Content. You can create, share, and interact with content like messages, images, and videos, using features such as chat and video calls. Views expressed in user content do not reflect our values.

ii. Connection Tools. We offer features to help you find and connect with others, including profile browsing, matching based on interests, and communication tools to foster meaningful interactions. Match with users worldwide based on shared interests.

iii. Community Safety. We maintain systems and teams to detect and address harmful conduct, ensuring a positive environment. We may take action like removing content, restricting features, or disabling accounts to protect the community.

iv. Global Access. To provide global Services, we store and process data in servers worldwide, including outside your country of residence, operated by Juicy Connect Inc. and its trusted partners.

3. Your Account

You may log in using certain third-party services. Their handling of your information is governed by their privacy policies; our Privacy Policy explains how we use information from linked accounts.

We may allow account linking with affiliated apps, where applicable, enabling shared content and features. Specific details will be disclosed when linking is available.

We reserve the right to disable your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful activities, or breach laws. You can delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent, and content/information cannot be recovered. See our Privacy Policy for details on data removal.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can control your data. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described.

5. Using the Services

You alone are responsible for making sure your activity on Juicy Hub complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and social norms where you live or where you connect from. If your conduct violates any law or widely accepted ethical standard, you will bear sole liability. Should your actions expose Juicy Hub to legal complaints, regulatory inquiries, public controversy, or reputational harm, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access and cooperate fully with competent authorities. We also reserve the right to seek full compensation for any damages we incur as a result of your non-compliance. You agree to use the Services in compliance with these terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You will not:

1. Create, share, or store content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful;
2. Impersonate others, access accounts without permission, or engage in fraudulent activity;
3. Collect personal information from others without consent, or harass, defame, or harm users;
4. Circumvent security features, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with Service functionality;
5. Upload malware, spam, or content that disrupts the Services or other users;
6. Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

We are not liable for user content or its effects. You use the Services at your own risk. We may remove or edit content violating these terms without notice. You are responsible for backing up your content.

6. Virtual Items

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase, send, or receive them. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.

Prices are displayed at purchase, and charges are processed in the selected currency. You are responsible for all purchases made through your account.

7. Payments

We accept payment methods like credit cards and digital wallets, as displayed. By purchasing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method. Payment terms are governed by your agreement with the payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All app features, logos, and content owned by us are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted by these terms.

By sharing user content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Services to facilitate functionality. You retain ownership of your content.You may not copy, display, register, or otherwise use any word, symbol, domain, logo, color scheme, or combination that is identical or confusingly similar to “Juicy Hub,” “Juicy,” “JH,” or any other mark that we use to identify our services, unless you have obtained our express written permission in advance. Unauthorized use that causes confusion, dilution, or damage will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, and you agree to indemnify Juicy Hub for any losses or liabilities that arise from such misuse.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms, harmful conduct, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and provisions like liability, intellectual property, and disclaimers remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, or that the Services will meet your expectations.

We are not liable for user content, third-party links, or damages from using the Services. Your use is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control, but will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration language is English.

13. Updating This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement for reasons like feature updates or regulatory changes. We’ll notify users of material changes via in-app notices. Check the Agreement regularly; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

14. General Terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us, superseding prior agreements. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
